Chicken & Apple Sausage Hash

A sweet, hearty and delicious Whole30 hash that's great for any meal of the day!

  • 1 butternut squash cubed
  • 1 package of Applegate Chicken & Apple Sausage sliced
  • ½ package of shaved brussel sprouts
  • 1 -2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  • In a medium skillet heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium high heat, when hot add in the butternut squash and season with salt & pepper
  • Let sit before tossing too much so they don’t fall apart, but they will crisp up like potatoes
  • Heat another skillet over medium high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil and add the sliced sausage, toss periodically to evenly cook sausage
  • After about 6-7 min add in the brussel sprouts with the sausage tossing to evenly cook the brussel sprouts
  • Once the butternut squash is browned on all sides, sausage is crispy, and brussel sprouts tender mix them together to serve! This should take about 15 minutes total for the butternut squash and the sausage & brussels to cook.
